Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of VendorQ, a third-party risk management platform operated by TerraSecure ("TerraSecure", "we", "us"). By creating an account, starting a trial or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

2. Accounts and organizations

Each customer operates within an isolated organization workspace. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your organization's accounts. Organization admins control role assignments and may invite, disable or remove users.

3. Free trial

New organizations receive a 14-day free trial with full platform functionality and no payment method required. We send reminders 7, 3 and 1 day before expiry. If no plan is activated by the end of the trial, the workspace becomes read-only; your data is retained and access is restored when a plan is activated.

4. Subscriptions, fees and taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are calculated and collected by our merchant of record.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for all purchases and remits proceeds to TerraSecure. Paddle handles invoicing, tax compliance and payment method management.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use VendorQ to store unlawful content, attempt to access other tenants' data, probe or bypass platform security controls, resell access without written agreement, or use automated scraping of the service outside documented APIs. Vendor research features must be used lawfully and only against organizations you have a legitimate business relationship with or intend to assess.

6. Customer data and intelligence outputs

You retain ownership of all data you upload. Risk scores, security scores, technology discovery, certification detection and threat intelligence are generated from public sources and your inputs. They are decision-support signals, not guarantees or certifications, and should be validated before relying on them for contractual or regulatory decisions.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability and provide support according to your plan. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical. Enterprise agreements may include a separate service level agreement.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment or material breach of these terms. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TerraSecure's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
